Once again it is the time of year to dust off your DJs and evening wear in preparation of a fun night of food, drinking and dancing.

This year’s Charity Ball will be held in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Motor neurone disease is a fatal, rapidly progressing disease that affects the brain and spinal cord, attacking the nerves that control movement so muscles no longer work. It kills a third of people within a year and more than half within two years of diagnosis.

As with previous years there will be a raffle with a cash prize subsidised by the Club, with all other proceeds going to our charity.

There will also be a live band after dinner, so don’t forget your dancing shoes!.
